STAGE ONE
Feasibility and Concept Design
At this stage, we carefully listen to your ideas and transform them into a comprehensive design brief. We provide estimates on timescales, project build costs, local authority requirements, and, if necessary, the involvement of additional consultants. This collaborative process values your feedback and input, ensuring you are an active participant in the design journey. STAGE TWO
Scheme Design (Planning)
Once the design meets your approval, we proceed to compile and submit a planning application to the local authority. During this process, we ensure that all relevant statements and information are included to comply with both planning policy and local regulations.
STAGE THREE / FOUR
Detailed Technical Design
The design is refined to ensure full compliance with Building Regulations. At this stage, it may be necessary to appoint additional consultants, such as structural engineers or party wall surveyors. Along with working drawings, we prepare outline specification documents to help you obtain the best costing from your appointed building contractor.
